About the Founder
eResidentCare was founded by Doreen Arlandson with a simple goal: create care management software that works for the people who use it every day. From the beginning, eResidentCare has been shaped by conversations with care providers and the real-world challenges they face managing resident documentation, medications, care plans, and daily operations. Doreen remains actively involved in the direction of eResidentCare, working closely with customers and the development team to identify opportunities to simplify workflows, introduce practical new technology, and continue improving the platform as the needs of residential care providers evolve.
